Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds to the highest standards and support overall resort operations. You will help ensure guest satisfaction by keeping landscapes attractive, well‑maintained, and safe.

The role includes monitoring irrigation systems, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining cleanliness across all outdoor areas. Work is Tue-Sat 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with comprehensive benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Keep refuse area clean and well organized.
• Ensure roadways, loading/unloading areas and walkways are free of litter.
• Monitor water and sprinkler systems to keep them efficient and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and general grounds maintenance.
