Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and support general resort operations.

You will help ensure beauty and safety of the grounds and assist with landscaping tasks to create exceptional guest experiences. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication with guests and team members, and independent work with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds daily.
• Pickup and dispose of site trash.
• Keep refuse area clean.
• Maintain roadways, parking areas and walkways free of litter.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems and report faults.
• Ensure site safety and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.
