Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and support general resort operations at our Myrtle Beach area property. You’ll ensure landscape upkeep, assist technicians, and help keep walkways, roadways, and parking areas clean and safe for guests and associates.

Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional appearance and strong teamwork, contributing to a positive guest experience and the beauty of our resort grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Maintain clean conditions in refuse area.
• Keep roadways and parking areas free of litter.
• Identify and report faulty items requiring repair or maintenance.
• Monitor water and sprinkler systems for peak efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance of resort grounds.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.
