• Report facilities issues using the resort system.
• Perform all duties as assigned.
• Keep assigned areas free of weeds and trash.
• Operate walk-behind lawnmower, hedge trimmer, and weed eater safely.
• Inspect and maintain fluids and lubricate grease fittings on equipment.
• Adhere to Standards of Conduct.
