Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Grounds Crew member to maintain our 1,300-acre AAA Four Diamond resort in Lake Geneva, WI. You will operate mowing equipment on fairways and greens, trim around features, and apply lawn care treatments to keep the course pristine for guests.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with lawn care tasks (mowing, landscaping, grounds upkeep) preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tees.
• Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, pathways, and features.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
• Rake and level sand traps, free of debris and properly shaped.
• Ensure course areas are ready for golfers and signage is accurate.
• Remove leaves, branches, and debris from the course.
• Work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
