Job summary

Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Groundskeeping Team Member to maintain campus grounds outdoors and work as part of a hands-on team. You will perform a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, including mowing, planting, and irrigation support.

This full-time position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering well-kept grounds. A valid NM driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment screen are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping practices including plants, grasses, and trees.
• Experience safely operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power mowers and edgers.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Mulch, aerate, weed, rake, and remove thatch to keep landscapes healthy.
