Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, exterior areas, and related facilities during the shift. You will operate sweepers, power washers, and basic maintenance tools, following safety SOPs and reporting hazards to your supervisor.

Training will be provided; prior experience is not required. The role requires physical ability for outdoor work in varying weather and teamwork to keep the property safe and attractive for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No experience required; training provided.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans parking lot, garage, sidewalks and exterior areas.
• Operates power washing and other outdoor equipment.
• Empties trash cans and maintains cleanliness of grounds.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues to supervisor.
