Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking an outdoors-oriented Landscaper to maintain a manicured and clean look around the property. The role involves planting, mowing, edging, cleaning, and operating a wide range of landscape equipment to ensure curb appeal and safety across the casino, hotel, parking areas, and pool deck.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with the possibility of obtaining a gaming license as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year related experience required.
• May be required to obtain a gaming license per Tribal Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Maintains landscaping around the Casino and Hotel property, including parking areas, entrances and pool deck.
• Maintains plants and greenery; plants seeds, bulbs, flowers, grass; applies mulch; changes plants by season.
• Mows and edges lawns; maintains turf with power mowers and edgers.
• Power washes walls, sidewalks and walkways; handles minor repairs and drainage cleaning.
• Operates landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, mowers, edgers, chainsaws, lifts, sod cutters, etc.).
• Maintains chemicals with proper SDS labeling and safety practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support department operations.
