You will direct day-to-day and long-term operations across marketing, sales, accounting, customer service, and maintenance, either personally or through supervisory staff.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, and strong customer service skills to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years’ experience managing a RV resort, manufactured home community, or real estate enterprise.
• Strong leadership, budget, and operational oversight skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day and long-term operations of the property, including marketing, sales, accounting, customer service, administration and maintenance.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan and asset positioning strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee staff, ensure safety, compliance with applicable regulations and preparation of budgets and reports.
• Foster excellent resident relations, handle escalated issues and maintain professional communications.
