Job summary

Hyatt Hana-Maui Resort seeks a Director of F&B and Culinary Operations to oversee all food & beverage and culinary activities. The role reports to the hotel General Manager and serves on the Hotel Executive Committee, guiding strategic plans and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsible for budgeting, payroll, forecasting, inventory, and coordinating with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction while maintaining Hyatt standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
• 6+ years of progressive hotel F&B and culinary experience (typically with Hyatt).
• Senior-level experience in a food and beverage environment and in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Food & Beverage operations front and back of house, plus culinary operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans and objectives within approved plans.
• Participate in hotel governance as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee.
