Job summary

Hana-Maui Resort seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead all F&B outlets, including banquets, restaurants, and in-room dining. You will report to the General Manager and participate in hotel leadership discussions, shaping service standards and profitability.

The role requires a track record in high-volume hotel F&B, strong leadership, and exceptional guest service. A hospitality degree is preferred; Hawaii-based hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct banquet, restaurant, in-room dining, lounges and all F&B areas.
• Prepare and manage budgets, marketing plans and objectives.
• Be a member of the hotel executive committee.
• Implement and monitor F&B sales and marketing programs.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; manage payroll and budgeting.
• Coordinate F&B with other hotel departments for guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and maintain high service standards.
