You’ll handle cash and card transactions, quote room rates, and respond promptly to guest questions. A professional appearance, strong English communication, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced, service-oriented role.

• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
