Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a part-time Front Desk Specialist to warmly welcome guests at Mount Ascutney Resort. You will manage check-in/check-out, process folio transactions, and handle reports and basic Wi-Fi service issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires customer service experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Weekends and holidays may be required. Pay ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel Front Office environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to acquire a clear understanding of timeshareware applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates guest check-in through check-out; handles complex tasks including room changes, inventory moves, and folio adjustments; creates and issues keys.
• Answers guest inquiries and escalates to appropriate staff when needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a house bank, performs end-of-day reporting of receipts, and processes payments.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping to expedite unit cleaning and readiness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
