Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is hiring a Front Desk Specialist to enhance guest experiences. Your role will include check-in, check-out processes, and managing guest inquiries. You will ensure all interactions exceed guest expectations and handle complex technical tasks.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a year of customer service experience, ideally within a resort or hotel setting. We value bilingual candidates and seek individuals who are committed to providing outstanding

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel environment.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Handle complex technical tasks including room changes and folio adjustments.
• Maintain a house bank and perform end of day reporting.
• Communicate with housekeeping to expedite unit cleaning.
• Answer all guest inquiries and escalate as necessary.
