Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service across multiple outlets. You will greet Guests, describe menus, upsell, and handle orders with a POS system while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a Food Handler’s Card, and California beverage service training. Must be 21+ and bilingual in Spanish is preferred; flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and take orders in dining venues or in-room dining.
• Explain menus, allergens, and preparation details.
• Enter orders into POS system using guest names.
• Process payments and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain clean and stocked dining areas and assist with bussing.
• Expedite orders to tables, bar, or rooms and coordinate with team members.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
