Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced casino environment. You will greet guests, coordinate seating, and support front-of-house and culinary teams while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior high-volume restaurant experience with cash handling. Gaming licenses and certifications may be required per regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months of high-volume restaurant experience and/or training preferred.
• Minimum three (3) months of cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, escorts to tables, and presents menus.
• Processes transactions accurately and adheres to cash handling policies.
• Serves and prepares meals/beverages, and expedites orders as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Coordinates seating and flow to ensure fast, courteous service.
