Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Field Representative to serve as the on-site owner’s representative for construction projects at Aulani Resort, coordinating with FOS Asset Management and operations teams on Oahu, Hawaii. This full-time, salaried role combines field oversight with project delivery responsibilities at the resort.

You will supervise contractors, manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance while collaborating with project managers and engineering teams on

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and trade coordination.
• Solid grasp of OSHA construction safety standards and hazard recognition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative for assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to contract scope, schedule, and safety standards.
• Maintain continuous site presence during active construction to document progress and field conditions.
• Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering sessions, and pre-bid walkthroughs.
• Support procurement during contractor prequalification and bid evaluation.
• Deliver timely project status updates addressing schedule, budget, risks and operational impacts.
• Build relationships across resort operations, engineering, and business partners.
• Review contractor Job Hazard Analyses and site safety plans prior to work.
