Ocean City Vacation Homes in Ocean City, MD is seeking a motivated Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on keeping properties safe, functional and guest-ready through multi-trade maintenance.

You will perform routine repairs, inspections, and coordinate with cleaning teams, while handling on-call after-hours needs and using maintenance software to manage work orders. A hands-on problem solver with 3+ years in property maintenance and ability to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property, facilities, or building maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical system knowledge.
• Experience diagnosing maintenance issues across multiple trades.
• Basic carpentry, drywall repair, and painting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using mobile apps to manage work orders and schedules.
• Must reside in or commute to Ocean City, MD (21842).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs across vacation rental homes.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize guest disruption.
• Conduct regular property inspections and plan preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with cleaning teams and managers to ensure guest-ready homes.
