Job summary

Aramark's Adventures on the Gorge in Lansing, WV seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee safe, reliable operations of all facilities, infrastructure and mechanical systems, including aquatic facilities and pool systems. The role leads maintenance teams, manages budgets and labor, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with Operations, Lodging, and F&B to maintain peak-season readiness.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required along with 3–5 years of maintenance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance
• 1–3 years of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a larger team or independently
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops maintenance teams to improve contributions
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation
• Provides technical expertise across resort facilities and aquatic systems
• Manages engineering budgets, labor, and inventory to support P&L and capital projects
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely maintenance and emergency readiness
