Job summary

Aramark's Adventures on the Gorge in Lansing, WV, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for year-round work. You will plan, organize, and supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency while training staff and coordinating with management.

Strong leadership, a solid work history in facilities trades, and CMMS familiarity are key. Responsibilities include cost estimation, reporting, record-keeping, and payroll timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of progressive, responsible experience in one or more of the skilled trades.
• Leadership and communication abilities are preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS or building management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in building and facilities maintenance and repair
• Assures that proper safety standards and precautions are followed
• Inspects completed work to ensure work is completed accurately
• Ensures that equipment is in proper working order
• Supervises the maintenance of equipment
• Operates tools and equipment of the building maintenance and construction trades in a safe and effective manner as needed
• Train and counsel subordinate employees
• Prepares cost estimates on proposed projects
• Prepares and maintains records for weekly and monthly reports
• Keeps records and prepare reports
• Prepares time records for payroll purposes
