Hotel Equities is seeking a Facility Maintenance professional for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. This role supports upkeep, repairs and preventative maintenance to keep the hotel functional and inviting for guests.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of relevant experience, with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in a similar position.
• Basic working knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders for general repair within the required time frame to ensure hotel efficiency.
• Performs inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent malfunctions and depreciation.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest maintenance requests and issues.
• Maintains tools, work spaces, and equipment in safe condition to reduce accidents.
• Cuts room keys, makes repairs/changes to room locks for security.
• Assists in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures.
