Qualificações

• High school diploma required; CPO certification required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in facilities management with maintenance teams.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop staff.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; OSHA safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment (buildings, grounds, pools, spa, guest areas).
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff, manage work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors; ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of work.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool and spa systems and ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor inventories and budgets; identify efficiency improvements.
