Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in leading the engineering team, guiding technicians, and ensuring safety and quality across resort facilities.

A proven track record in facilities management and strong leadership are required, with the ability to build vendor relationships, manage bids, and ensure compliance with safety codes. This role is on-site with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical and plumbing certifications preferred.
• CPO and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• OSHA and EPA certifications required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering leadership with management of the engineering department and vendor operations.
• Provide direction and supervision to technicians for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Internal, Quality, and Loss Prevention Audits.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure workplace standards.
• Support financial aspects and budgeting for the engineering dept.
• Develop and maintain vendor/contractor relationships.
