Aspen Meadows Resort, part of Salamander Hospitality, seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to care for a 40-acre campus and its diverse buildings. You will perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across guest rooms, town homes, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel or resort engineering/maintenance experience.
• Experience across multiple buildings or a large campus environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across guest rooms, town homes, offices, and outdoor facilities.
• Learn and implement preventive maintenance for guestrooms, public spaces, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure shift coverage for a large, multi-building campus and events.
• Respond to guest requests and operational issues promptly with minimal disruption.
• Familiarize with and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and lighting.
• Complete preventive inspections for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
