The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a Full Time F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the Resort Restaurant and River Ranch Park, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and provide friendly guest service.
• Self-starting and professional appearance.
• Team player able to assist co-workers.
• Experience using a point of sale system.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 150-pound carts.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily operations of the River Ranch Park and Hole in the Wall Restaurant.
• Support Recreation and Restaurant managers and staff.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and coordinate reorders.
• Coach, counsel and train staff to meet standards.
• Ensure safety, security and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
