Job summary

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a Full Time – F&B Supervisor to join our amazing team. AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.

F&B Supervisor takes part in ensuring that all the daily operations of food and beverage services across both the Resort Restaurant and River Ranch Park run smoothly, delivering guest satisfaction with safety and quality standards while supporting staff management.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and be guest-focused.
• Self-starting with professional appearance and even disposition.
• Ability to operate a point of sale (POS).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 150 pounds.
• Team player willing to assist coworkers and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across the Resort Restaurant and River Ranch Park.
• Support staff management and ensure high levels of guest service, quality and safety standards.
• Assist Recreation Manager and Restaurant Managers with all phases of F&B operations.
• Coordinate with Property Operations on projects and maintenance of public areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the River Ranch manager and leadership team.
