Job summary

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a Full Time – F&B Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations for the resort restaurant and River Ranch Park, ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, quality, and staff management.

Strong communication and a hands-on leadership style are essential as you help deliver a seamless dining experience across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with a professional demeanor.
• Able to operate a point of sale system.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recreation Manager and Restaurant Managers with all phases of the Hole in the Wall Restaurant and River Ranch Park food and beverage operations.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals and other supplies and reorder as needed.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff; assign training as needed.
• Consult with Property Operations regarding projects or general maintenance of public areas.
• Perform line staff duties as needed during high volume or emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned by River Ranch manager.
