This role supports staff management and delivers exceptional guest experiences with AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.

The position emphasizes maintaining quality and safety standards, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Strong guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Ability to lead a team and manage staff expectations.
• Ability to track inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food & beverage operations across all outlets.
• Assist Recreation Manager and Restaurant Managers with tasks.
• Support staff management and training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; ensure safety standards.
