Job summary

The Ranch At Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced bartender to take orders and serve beverages with enthusiasm, accuracy, and poise. You will work at our Laguna Beach venue, upholding Forbes and Ranch LB standards while ensuring safe service and a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of high-volume bar experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ideal candidate will have worked at a fine dining level for one to two years, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for guests and servers according to Ranch LB standards.
• Ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Act as cashier for servers when necessary.
• Provide guests with excellent service and maintain professional distance.
• Make beverages to Ranch standards and specifications.
