Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC systems.
• Maintain building components, pools, and water features.
• Document maintenance activities and coordinate with leadership.
