Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Trades II - Electrician to support resort operations with electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across fixtures, panels, and low-voltage systems.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical experience in a resort or commercial setting, plus strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. Candidates must pass background checks and drug tests; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on electrical experience in a resort or commercial setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Technical certification or electrician license preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on fixtures, panels, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical data and manuals.
• Operate resort software and devices (HotSOS).
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
