Job summary

Disneyland Resort in Hawaii is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to supervise leads and technicians, manage interviews, scheduling, training and performance reviews, and ensure safety and compliance across the property. You will develop maintenance programs and provide technical oversight for repairs, refurbishments, and show quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management or supervisory experience in an engineering/maintenance environment.
• Minimum 2+ years within a hotel maintenance environment.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HotSoS or comparable software.
• Strong communication, coaching and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the engineering Leads and Cast Technicians.
• Interviewing, scheduling, training, development, coaching and counseling.
• Provide recommendations and conduct performance reviews.
• Resolve issues and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Implement and schedule all property and equipment PM programs to ensure safety and satisfy guests and cast members.
• Contribute to safety, service and departmental performance.
• Provide technical oversight for troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and show quality of facilities assets.
• Develop teamwork and cooperation across departments while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.
