Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Resort EMT to ensure guest and staff safety across aquatic and resort venues, including public areas, rooms, and events. The role requires applying first aid, lifesaving, and maintaining safety standards under NAC guidelines.

Candidates must hold a current First Aid Certificate with AED and Oxygen usage and an EMT license per site requirements. Join a team dedicated to delivering an extraordinary guest experience and Lead with Love.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid Certificate including Oxygen usage and AED is required.
• EMT (Basic, Advanced, or Paramedic) State Registry and National Registry are required; licensure approval depends on site location.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all safety policies and training for waterpark and resort venues.
• Apply lifesaving skills and first aid as needed to guests and staff.
• Maintain high safety standards per NACs and Kalahari procedures; lead by example.
• Ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and receive responsive, courteous service.
• Comply with Federal, State, County, and Municipal health, safety and labor regulations.
