Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Security/EMS Provider to safeguard guests, associates, vendors, and property across aquatic and dry attractions, convention spaces, and resort areas. You will apply life-saving skills and first aid to anyone in need while maintaining open communication with staff.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and current Red Cross certifications (First Aid, CPR, AED); in-house Oxygen administration

Qualifications

• Hotel or Resort experience preferred.
• English: read, write, and speak proficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Current American Red Cross licenses: First Aid, Basic Life Support CPR or CPR for Professional Rescuers, AED.
• Emergency Oxygen Administration: will certify in-house.
• Bi-lingual skills helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and receive courteous service.
• Patrol lobbies, floors, common areas, and resort grounds.
• Check in with shift supervisor/manager-on-duty; review security logs daily.
• Provide first aid as needed; maintain first aid logs and incident reports.
• Maintain communication with all departments; report on department activities.
