Job summary

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is seeking a Trades II - Electrician to support resort operations with electrical projects, PMs, and guest requests. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and fixtures while following safety guidelines and Westgate policies.

You will read technical data, manage tools and inventory, and collaborate with operations leadership to maintain high guest satisfaction. The role requires physical capability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical work in resort or commercial environments.
• Technical certification or electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Work with ceiling fans, circuit breakers, ballasts, switches, receptacles, and light bulbs.
• Repair moderately complex equipment such as laundry machines and appliances.
• Handle low-voltage systems (12V–24V) controls, thermostats, transformers, switches, relays, and panels.
• Read and interpret technical data and O&M manuals.
