Job summary

Troon, Esplanade at Starling, Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Resort Concierge to greet Members and guests, coordinate events, and promote a dynamic calendar of activities. This role works with the Lifestyle Manager to deliver engaging programs across fitness, spa, social events, and community relations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and verbal skills.
• High level of energy, initiative, cooperation, and discretion.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Public speaking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests; check IDs and assist with event setups.
• Provide outstanding service to Members and guests; listen to ideas.
• Respond calmly to problems; discuss concerns with involved parties.
• Recommend Lifestyles events and activities to Members.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence; speak before groups.
• Promote Club activities and maintain calendar of events.
• Assist with room setup/breakdown for events and support Lifestyle Manager.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and friendly environment around the Resort Campus.
