Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Outlet Busperson to support servers and uphold cleanliness across the dining area. You will assist with delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and attending to guest requests while maintaining beverage levels and table settings.

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and offers an hourly compensation with a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a hospitality-driven team are included.

Qualifications

• Attentive, friendly and courteous demeanor towards guests, managers and colleagues.
• Basic hospitality knowledge and willingness to support servers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and addressing guest requests.
• Keep all tables clean and properly set according to property standards.
• Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom area.
• Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving any guest requests.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to side-work checklist.
• Answer the phone in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide service to guests in waiter’s absence as needed.
• Maintain beverage levels in glasses/cups on table at least ¾ full at all times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
