Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician Level 1 to provide basic corrective and preventative maintenance on interior and exterior structures and systems. Tasks include plumbing, HVAC filtering, thermostat troubleshooting, door/window repair, painting, drywall, and equipment troubleshooting.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Formal education: high school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of basic maintenance experience; willingness to train the right candidate.
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude; self-motivated and reliable.
• General maintenance skills including basic electrical, plumbing, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic corrective and preventative maintenance on interior and exterior Copper Mountain Resort structures and systems.
• Maintenance tasks include basic plumbing, HVAC filter changes, thermostat troubleshooting, door/window repair, painting, drywall, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, labor, inventory, and preventative maintenance; interact with guests professionally.
