Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician Level 1 to support maintenance of resort buildings and systems in Colorado. The role involves basic plumbing, HVAC filter changes, door/window repairs, painting, drywall, and general upkeep to keep guest spaces running smoothly.

You will perform preventive and corrective tasks, assist the Building Maintenance Manager, and contribute to guest satisfaction through reliable, safe, and timely maintenance work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to train on basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Must have a valid US Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance on Copper-owned buildings and equipment; interiors and exteriors, including drywall, tile, door, window, and lock repair.
• Corrective and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems, HVAC, and commercial restaurant equipment.
• Provide a high level of guest service in interactions with visitors to the resort.
