Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician Level 1 to perform general maintenance on resort buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, door/window repairs, painting, drywall, and lock repairs, while delivering high-quality guest service to visitors.

Preferred candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role supports year-round operations at Copper Mountain, CO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of basic maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with basic electrical/plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on Copper-owned buildings and equipment (interiors/exteriors).
• Carry out basic plumbing, HVAC maintenance, door/window repair, painting, drywall repair and lock repair.
• Provide excellent guest service during interactions with visitors to the resort.
