Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a friendly Utility Buffet Server to help create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will greet guests, present options, take orders, and tailor portions while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a resort-style community.

You will work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm, interact with residents and team members, and support the Executive/Sous Chef with additional tasks. No prior experience required, 18+ eligible for the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming dining experience by greeting residents and guests, presenting menu options, taking accurate orders, and tailoring portions to preferences.
• Protect quality and safety by maintaining cleanliness and handling dishware with care.
• Ensure seamless service by keeping the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Engage professionally when responding to feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools, following safety standards.
• Contribute to team success by completing support work and additional tasks.
