Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support client service and store operations. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and help create an inviting shopping experience aligned with our brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, maintaining store visuals, and contributing to sales goals while upholding our core values. This role may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
