Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer Sales Associate in-store role is part-time and hourly, non-exempt. You will assist clients, uphold the Lilly Pulitzer brand, and use product knowledge to drive sales with superior service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will maintain visual/operational standards, build client relationships, and collaborate with store leadership. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; knowledge of XStore or Tulip is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs.
• Drive sales by providing exceptional service using product knowledge and market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and drive sales.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
