Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support client service and store operations. The role focuses on understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand, assisting clients with product knowledge, and maintaining visual standards.

Excellent customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication are essential. Some shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays with compensation including benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs.
• Understand Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, clientele and heritage.
• Demonstrate selling culture and deliver exceptional client service.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, outreach, and active listening.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities.
