Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is looking for a part-time, in-store Sales Associate to support clientele and help run daily store operations. You will understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, engage clients with product knowledge, and drive sales through exceptional service and personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise and heritage.
• Demonstrate selling culture and deliver exceptional client service to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain store visual standards.
