Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Bell Attendant & Shuttle Driver. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms while providing information about resort services and local attractions.

This role requires strong English, 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will drive resort vehicles on-site and off-site, including trips to Disney Transportation Center, while maintaining safety and hotel

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have or obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to rooms, assist with luggage.
• Provide guest information on services, dining, and attractions.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Assist with guest and member complaints and report to Front Office Director.
• Operate and drive the resort shuttle vehicle to designated locations including Disney area.
• Escort guests to Disney Transportation and Ticket Center as scheduled.
• Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle and load/unload baggage.
• Drive company vehicle on and off property; assist with valet services.
• Attend meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and brand service standards.
