Qualifications

• Friendly service focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record required.
• Previous driving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual and flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests using company vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage during check in and check out.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Share information about resort amenities local attractions and transportation options.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean safe and well maintained.
• Support the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needs.
• Follow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to management.
