Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Dining Room Attendant to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting and support both front and back of house operations. This non-exempt, hourly role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Server assistant and/or bussing experience of at least 1 year is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in various Florida weather conditions including sunshine, heat, and rain.
• Able to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional dining experience with excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain open and effective communication with FOH, BOH, guests, and members.
• Support FOH and BOH to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Follow Reunion Resort and Golf Club procedures and policies.
• Assist servers and act as liaison between culinary staff and front of house.
• Anticipate guests' needs and serve in a professional, efficient manner.
• Confirm kitchen orders are accurate and presentable; assist with garnishing/decorating as needed.
• Observe guests to address requests and determine when the meal is complete.
• Assist with pre-bussing between courses; maintain dining room cleanliness; clear and reset tables.
• Display knowledge of all menus for all meal periods.
• Complete daily checklists and monitor linen supplies.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly.
