Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests and assist with their immediate needs, and bid them farewell on departure.
• Luggage Assistance: Handle guests' luggage with care during check-in/check-out, including storage and retrieval.
• Information Resource: Provide information about resort amenities, activities, dining options, and directions.
• Safety and Security: Monitor guest safety and report hazards or unusual activities.
• Room Orientation: Escort guests to rooms and provide brief orientation on amenities.
• Special Requests and Deliveries: Deliver special requests to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with front desk and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
