Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an experienced bartender for Trilogy Bickford Ranch's The Ridge Wellness Social Club, near Lincoln, California. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to guests at the bar, the restaurant, or the patio, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of bartending experience in a resort setting, hold a Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification, and can work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year bartending experience, preferably in a resort facility.
• Must meet state and federal age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverages and food to guests at the bar, restaurant, or patio.
• Greet guests with hospitality and upsell when appropriate.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and transactions; balance the cash register.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and inventories.
• Assist in events and banquets as needed.
• Respond to guest questions about resort services.
